    • Conducted a comprehensive accessibility audit of the ACN web platform, focusing on the homepage and welcome page.
    • Evaluated compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards using a hybrid approach of automated tools (WAVE, Stylus, Web Developer Toolbar) and manual testing (JAWS, NVDA, keyboard navigation).
    • Identified critical issues including broken login links, missing ARIA labels, ambiguous controls, and inconsistent heading structures.
    • Delivered actionable recommendations to improve screen reader compatibility, semantic structure, and user experience for individuals with visual, cognitive, and motor impairments.
